An orchestration layer above the systems you already run.
Kwerio captures processes, connects systems, keeps humans in the loop, and produces a structural audit trail. It is deployed on infrastructure you control, by partners certified to do so.
Four things, in plain language.
Captures your processes
Work that lives in someone's head or in a spreadsheet becomes a structured, repeatable, auditable process. Without forcing your teams into a packaged product.
Connects your systems
Bidirectional integration with the CRM, ERP, document management, and bespoke tools you already run. Kwerio sits above them, not in their way.
Keeps humans in the loop
Approvals, exceptions, and decisions stay with the people accountable for them. Automation handles the rest. The platform never decides what a person should.
Produces an audit trail
Every action — by a human, by a system, by Kwerio itself — is recorded at the data layer. The trail is immutable, queryable, and survives application changes.
What Kwerio replaces. What it doesn't.
Kwerio is an orchestration layer. It is not a replacement for your CRM, your ERP, or your document management. Most platforms claim to do everything; we don't, because that isn't where the value is.
Kwerio replaces
- The spreadsheets coordinating across systems
- The process documents nobody updates
- The point-in-time audit evidence
- The brittle integrations between tools
Kwerio does not replace
- Your system of record (CRM, ERP)
- Your communications stack
- Your identity provider
- Your accounting or billing software
On-premises by default. Multi-tenant where you want it.
Kwerio runs in your environment. Private cloud, on-premises hardware, or a sovereign hosting provider in your jurisdiction. Multi-tenant inside a single deployment is supported when it makes sense — typically for groups operating multiple business units.
Implementation is partner-delivered. The Kwerio team supports the platform; certified partners scope, configure, integrate, and operate. You retain a direct line to us for platform-level questions throughout.
Kwerio fits some operations. It doesn't fit others.
Stating where Kwerio fits — and where it doesn't — is a credibility move. It also respects your time.
Fits
- 50–300 FTE operators in regulated sectors
- Real, repeatable processes held together by people
- Continuous compliance evidence requirements
- Data sovereignty as a hard constraint
Doesn't fit
- Greenfield products with no existing operations
- Single-tool, single-team workflows
- Teams looking for a development framework
- Pure SaaS-only buyers without sovereignty needs
